Well well, looks like Ake's decided to throw up a new journal, courtesy of =Setzer-Nara. Saucy~

MY EIGHT THINGS:


1. Regardless of what you think of it, I love my beard. To death. Don't even come up to me with that "ewww" attitude. If you don't like it, too bad. Get over it.

2. I AM A SUCKER FOR NOSTALGIA. I cling to my childhood like life support.

3. I consider myself a very sappy, romatic person, but everyone who reads this will think I'm lying through my teeth. Regardless, I am a very sensitive guy.

4. My passion for music burns almost as much as my flame for nostalgia, if not more. I LOVE to sing, I play the hell out of every rythmn-based game, I listen to just about everything you could ever think of (along with everything else you don't), and would love nothing more than to learn how to play my keyboard better. *still practices* Do wish I had me a nice keytar, though.

5. I've got one tattoo already, and I plan to get more. If all goes as planned, my left arm will be devoted to my favorite music artists, with signatures and bust-shots; my right is sworn to geekiness, video games and nostalgia. (My current tattoo is "Weird Al" Yankovic's signature, if you were wondering; My next will be Ronnie James Dio's signature, if all goes well.)

6. I am a MASSIVE gamer, and a retro one at that. I absolutely love me some NES, SNES and Genesis, and I'm slowly building up a collection. That's not to say I don't love the current-gen, though.

7. Speaking of games, one of my dreams is to open and run my own 80's-90's themed arcade, and live off that. Call me a Kevin Flynn in the making (and if you get that reference, I LOVE YOU.)

8. I would very much enjoy a long, hot bath right now.
